About the Foundation

The purpose of the Albany Rotary Foundation is general charitable giving, which we do both locally and internationally.

Since its establishment in Fall 2019, this foundation has contributed to a project to fund an autoclave for surgery (provided by nonprofit Partners in Surgery) in Guatemala and helped fund efforts of local area Sion Church in its outreach to those who are homeless.

Albany Rotary Foundation is a 501(c)3 public benefit charity, IRS EIN 83-1290142 . Donations are deductible to the extent permitted by law. The IRS Determination letter can be viewed below.

The Albany Rotary Foundation is a non-profit in good standing with California’s Franchise Tax Board. See below for confirmation letter.
